Do not see food as macros, numbers and sugars rather see the food as food. But at the same time ensure that you take food in moderation. Moderation is the key and fill half your plate with veggies and rest with carbs, fats and proteins. Here the key is that we have been trained to eat more than we need. First, we need to unlearn and eat what you need, listening to your body is the key here.

How to achieve that massive feat? It’s so simple, chew your food well and eat slowly. That is the key to achieve moderation. The slower you eat, you can listen to the signals of your body. The faster you eat, you ignore the signs of your body. You don’t give time for the body to react and send you a signal. Let me give you the basic rules of healthy eating in three points.

  1. Fill half your plate with veggies.
  2. Eat slowly, Chew your food well.
  3. Listen to your body, if it says stop then just stop.
